High Jewelry

Restoring an antique piece of jewelry is a delicate process that requires skill, knowledge, and precision. It is an art that combines traditional techniques with modern technologies to restore the piece's beauty and functionality while preserving its historical, even sentimental, value.

It begins with an examination of the jewelry to identify damage, wear, oxidation, breakage, loose, or missing stones, and continues with a cleaning that may include warm water with non-abrasive soap and a soft brush.

If any metal breaks (gold, silver, or platinum) are detected, they are soldered using appropriate soldering techniques. If necessary, reinforcements are added to ensure the integrity of the jewelry, and worn or broken clasps and hinges are repaired.

Missing stones, if applicable, are replaced with others similar in size, color, and cut, taking care not to alter the original design. The process continues with polishing the jewelry to restore its shine, and protective coatings are applied to prevent oxidation or tarnishing.

Finally, we ensure that all gemstones are properly mounted and adjusted, and that the jewelry is in optimal condition to be offered to our customers.
