3. Products offered
CODO offers costume jewellery, jewellery, accessories and other related products through its online store.
The essential characteristics of each product, including, where applicable, materials, composition, measurements, colour, finish, care instructions and other relevant characteristics, are indicated in the corresponding product description.
Product photographs are intended to show the product as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, size or finish may occur due to screen settings, photographic lighting or the handcrafted characteristics of certain pieces.
For products that are handmade or made with natural materials, minor variations between individual items may occur without affecting the nature or quality of the product.
4. Materials, composition and product information
CODO endeavours to provide clear, sufficient and up-to-date information about the materials and characteristics of its products.
Where a product is made of 925 sterling silver, this information will be expressly stated in the product description. Where an item is not solid silver but has a plating, coating, silver-tone or gold-tone finish, this will be identified separately where possible.
For textile products or products containing textile components, the relevant composition will be stated in the product description before purchase and, where applicable, will also appear on the item's physical label.
Where a product contains leather, suede or other non-textile animal-derived parts, this information will be stated in the relevant product description where applicable.
Statements concerning specific material characteristics, such as “nickel-free”, “hypoallergenic” or similar claims, will only be included where CODO has information or documentation provided by the supplier or manufacturer supporting such statement.
5. Purchasing process
To make a purchase, the customer must select the desired product, add it to the shopping cart and follow the steps indicated during the purchasing process. Before completing the order, the customer may review the contents of the cart, selected products, quantities, price, delivery costs, personal details, delivery address, billing address, delivery method and payment method. The customer may correct errors in their details or order before finally confirming the purchase.
6. Price, taxes and delivery costs
All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Where applicable, delivery costs will be shown during the purchasing process before the order is confirmed. The total order amount will include the price of the selected products, applicable taxes and the relevant delivery costs.
7. Payment methods
Orders may be paid using the payment methods available at the time of purchase, including bank card, PayPal, bank transfer or other systems that may be added to the website.
Payments are processed through secure payment platforms. CODO does not retain the full bank card details used by customers.
If the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, the order will be prepared once the corresponding payment has been received. If the transfer is not received within 5 calendar days from order confirmation, CODO may cancel the order, notifying the customer beforehand where possible.
8. Order confirmation
Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive confirmation by email at the address provided during the purchasing process. This confirmation will include the essential order information, without prejudice to the customer being able to view order details in their customer area, if they have created an account, or through the tracking system available for guest purchases.
9. Product availability
Orders are subject to product availability. If, after an order has been placed, any of the products is unavailable, CODO will contact the customer to inform them of the situation and, as applicable, offer the option of waiting for restocking, replacing the product with another, modifying the order or requesting a refund of the corresponding amount.
10. Shipping, delivery times and destinations
CODO ships to Spain and to certain international destinations. Available countries, delivery costs, estimated delivery times and any restrictions will be shown during the purchasing process before the order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistical reasons, product availability, destination, public holidays, carrier incidents or customs procedures. Where a delivery time of 24/48 hours is stated, this period shall refer, unless otherwise indicated, to shipments within mainland Spain for available products and from confirmation of payment.
11. Customs, duties and taxes on international shipments
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs fees or handling charges imposed by the authorities or carriers in the destination country. Where applicable, such amounts shall be borne by the buyer and are not included in the product price or the delivery costs shown on the website, unless expressly stated otherwise. CODO shall not be responsible for delays arising from customs procedures, border controls or actions by the authorities of the destination country.
12. In-store collection
Where this option is available, the customer may select in-store collection. The specific collection store, address, estimated time and applicable conditions will be shown during the purchasing process or communicated to the customer by CODO. To collect the order, CODO may request the customer's identification or order confirmation.
13. Statutory right of withdrawal
Where the customer qualifies as a consumer and user, they shall have the statutory right of withdrawal under the terms provided by applicable law.
As a general rule, the customer may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without having to state a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify CODO of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by email to info@tiendascodo.com or by using the withdrawal form included in these Terms. The customer must return the product in perfect condition, unused, with its labels, original packaging and accessories, where applicable, except where deterioration results from handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of the product.
14. Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, CODO will reimburse the customer for all payments received, including, where applicable, the standard delivery costs corresponding to the standard shipping method offered by CODO.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method. CODO may withhold the refund until it has received the products or until the customer provides evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless CODO expressly states otherwise or the product is defective, incorrect or non-conforming.
15. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the cases provided for by law. In particular, withdrawal shall not apply to products made to the customer's specifications, clearly personalised products or any other cases excluded by applicable law. Where a product is not eligible for withdrawal for a legal reason, CODO will endeavour to indicate this in the product description or during the purchasing process.
16. Commercial exchanges and returns
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, CODO may offer a commercial policy for exchanges or returns within a period longer than the statutory minimum. This commercial policy does not limit or replace the rights legally granted to consumers.
The specific conditions for commercial exchanges or returns, including deadlines, product condition, packaging, return costs and refund method, will be available on the Shipping, Exchanges and Returns page.
Gift cards, vouchers or in-store exchanges form part of CODO's voluntary commercial policy and do not replace any statutory refund due when the right of withdrawal is exercised, unless expressly accepted by the customer.
17. Defective, incorrect or non-conforming product
If the customer receives a defective, incorrect, transport-damaged or non-conforming product, they must contact CODO at info@tiendascodo.com or via the customer service telephone numbers.
In such cases, CODO will handle the matter in accordance with the applicable statutory guarantee and may request photographs, a description of the issue, the order number or other information necessary to process it. Where applicable, CODO will bear the return or replacement costs arising from defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.
18. Statutory guarantee
Products sold by CODO are covered by the statutory guarantee provided for under the legislation applicable to consumers and users. The statutory guarantee covers lack of conformity existing at the time the product was delivered, under the terms established by the legislation in force.
The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, impacts, improper handling, ordinary wear and tear, lack of care, exposure to chemicals, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics or other agents that may damage the product, unless such damage results from a lack of conformity legally attributable to CODO.
19. Product care
To keep products in good condition, direct contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, prolonged exposure to moisture or impacts should be avoided, unless the product description states otherwise. Care recommendations do not limit the consumer's statutory rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.

22. Data protection
Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. The processing of data necessary to manage the purchase, payment, shipping, invoicing and after-sales service is primarily based on performance of the contract and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the rights legally granted to consumers and users.
